We live in Washington, PA, and purchased our grandkids' Grizzly 90 new from a Yamaha Dealer that was not located in Pennsylvania because the out of state dealer was the only Dealer within 100 miles that had a Grizzly 90. Four months after purchase the machine developed a gasoline leak and to save a longer drive of taking the quad back to the selling dealer I called Waynesburg Yamaha and spoke with *Shawn* to see if they could look at the quad under warranty. Long story short. Fantastic experience from booking the repair through TIMELY completion of the warranty repair. They took the time to explain to "Gramps" what all was done to the quad. (They even spruced up some of the plastics and the tires/wheels with tire shine and the quad came back running and looking better than when it went in.)"

"its been 2 months since I purchase a bike from the dealer and have not receive the title from the motorcycle, I do understand what we're going thru but I do know paper work is electronic, I have contacted my local MVA and there's no history or paper work of the motorcycle purchased, also contacted the dealer for more information a couple of times and they just told me to keep waiting, just ridiculous."

Dan was very informative with the parts of the bike an servicing the bike, his information kept my bike like brand new an running great the guy knows his stuff. Ryan was the salesman very friendly an very easy to talk to despite the fact that I have known him a long time.
